Belle Equestrian provides refunds or exchange for all products sold. Items must be returned to us in condition they were sent to you. Email contact is to be made within 30 days of receipt of defective or faulty products. Any defect or faulty items must be immediately returned to Belle Equestrian. No responsibility is taken for any defective or faulty item not returned directly to us. We do not accept refunds for goods worn or damaged as a result of use or misuse. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the item we ship to you we will replace the item or refund your purchased amount, including the cost of return shipping to us. This applies to all damaged or defective goods which must be returned to us in an unused condition within 30 days of purchase.


Belle will repair or replace ANY defects or faults with ALL our Belle Leather goods for a 12 month period from time of purchase. This policy applies ONLY to leather goods, NOT to other items such as but not limited to; bandages, whips, belle boots, saddle blankets etc.

Simply contact Belle via email, explain your concern with your product and send pictures of the item. Belle will either repair the item fault, replace the item if not repairable, or replace with an equivalent item if out of stock or discontinued. (equivalence is to Belle’s discretion)

Postage cost are to the customers expense.


In order to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible, we need to gather certain pieces of information from you. You will be asked initially to create an account and be asked to supply a name and an email address. You will also be asked to create a password in order to access this information in future. Address and payment details will be required when you reach the stage of making a purchase. Customers who already have an account simply need to supply their email address and password to proceed.
